About Us

Created specifically for BCBAs and ABA providers.

Theralytics was established with a clear purpose: to empower ABA providers with a seamless and robust practice management solution. With the expertise of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and healthcare technology specialists, we aimed to bridge the gap between the complexity of managing an ABA practice and the need for simplicity and security.

How was Theralytics Founded?

Theralytics was founded with a mission to simplify the practice management process for ABA providers. The idea behind the platform was born out of the frustration experienced by its founder, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who owned multiple ABA companies. As a seasoned practitioner in the field, he was acutely aware of the challenges that come with managing an ABA practice, from tracking client progress to managing staff schedules and billing. Despite the advancements in healthcare technology, he found that existing practice management solutions were either too complex or lacked essential features.

Determined to find a better way, the founder leveraged his background in computer science to develop a platform that would address the unique needs of ABA providers. With the help of experts in the healthcare technology industry, Theralytics was born, offering a solution that combined cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of the ABA industry.

Features

Theralytics offers ABA practices a complete end-to-end solution, empowering them to streamline operations and make data-driven decisions with real-time analytics. With user-friendly features for data collection, analysis, scheduling, and billing, Theralytics is tailored to the unique needs of ABA practices. Best of all, Theralytics' features come at a competitive price point, making it a cost-effective solution for practices of all sizes and budgets.

Scheduling

Our innovative scheduling platform streamlines the process of scheduling your staff, simplifying it to just a few clicks. With customizable permissions settings, you have the flexibility to give your staff the independence to schedule their own shifts, or to keep scheduling restricted to administrators only. And once an appointment is on the calendar, your staff can quickly and easily document their notes and obtain electronic signatures, saving valuable time and ensuring accurate record keeping.

Billing

Our billing system offers you the flexibility to bill at your convenience, whether that be daily, weekly, monthly, or after each staff appointment. Our platform streamlines the billing process, with claims automatically generated and stored in our "Ready to Bill" module. From here, you have the option to electronically submit the claims, generate a 1500 form, or even mark them as submitted if you use a third-party billing system.

Data Collection

Our platform allows you to easily generate and download comprehensive treatment plans that include both the written plan and visual representations of your data and progress, including interactive graphs with phase change lines and annotations. With this data-driven approach, you have the insights you need to make informed decisions and track the progress of your clients over time.

Pricing

No onboarding fees or hidden charges. #transparency

You can start with any number of clients. However, our charges starts at a base rate for 10 clients. This means the minimum monthly charge is either $150 or $250 depending on the package selected below. The prices listed below do not cover Office Ally fees. As our clearinghouse, Office Ally may impose an additional fee of $39.95 monthly for each unique rendering provider, typically a BCBA, associated with a unique Tax ID.
