Razvan Nitu serves as the Head of IT and Security at Theralytics, where he leads the development and oversight of the company’s cybersecurity program. His work centers on ensuring that every component of the Theralytics platform is built with the highest standards of data protection, reliability, and regulatory compliance. With a focus on both strategy and execution, he helps create a secure foundation that clinicians can trust as they support the clients they serve.

With a career rooted in penetration testing and offensive security, Razvan has worked across healthcare, financial services, and technology, giving him firsthand insight into how systems break, how attackers think, and what effective protection truly requires. His initial relationship with Theralytics began as an external security specialist, performing penetration tests over multiple release cycles. That partnership naturally evolved into a full-time leadership role, driven by a shared commitment to building a platform where security is not just a requirement but a core strength.

He was drawn to ABA and the broader health tech space because of the tangible impact secure systems have on people’s lives. Clinical teams rely on accurate, protected data to deliver care, and Razvan believes that security should never stand in the way of that mission. The responsibility of safeguarding highly sensitive information, combined with the opportunity to support meaningful outcomes, made Theralytics an ideal place to apply his expertise.

At Theralytics, Razvan applies his technical depth and real-world offensive security experience to design controls that are not only compliant but effective, focusing on making security approachable for every team by translating complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. He is proud of the progress Theralytics has made in maturing its security program, from strengthening its cloud architecture to refining internal processes, viewing the creation of a structured security environment that maintains agility as a key milestone. Looking ahead, Razvan is energized by the rapid evolution of the ABA field and is excited to continue shaping a platform where security is built in and invisible, giving clinicians the confidence to focus fully on care. As Theralytics grows, he looks forward to helping set new standards for trust and safety across the industry.
