Razvan Nitu serves as the Head of IT and Security at Theralytics, where he leads the development and oversight of the company’s cybersecurity program. With a career rooted in penetration testing and offensive security, Razvan has worked across healthcare, financial services, and technology, giving him firsthand insight into how systems break, how attackers think, and what effective protection truly requires. His initial relationship with Theralytics began as an external security specialist, performing penetration tests over multiple release cycles. That partnership naturally evolved into a full-time leadership role, driven by a shared commitment to building a platform where security is not just a requirement but a core strength.

He was drawn to ABA and the broader health tech space because of the tangible impact secure systems have on people’s lives.
