Shaya Bates is a Clinical Consultant at Theralytics, where she uses her clinical expertise to contribute valuable content to the Theralytics knowledge base. With 18 years in the ABA field, Shaya has witnessed firsthand the growth and evolution of the industry and brings that perspective to her work supporting providers through technology.
Shaya first connected with Theralytics while using its billing services and was drawn to the team’s collaborative approach and dedication to client success. Her career as a BCBA has given her familiarity with ABA technology, and she now leverages that experience to help shape tools that reflect the realities of clinical practice.
She is proud to use her knowledge to reach a broader audience of behavior analysts, combining her clinical background with creativity to help expand Theralytics into new areas.
