Amy Suarez

Amy is the Lead Implementation Specialist here at Theralytics. She works closely with new agencies joining our community to guide them through a detailed onboarding process, helping agencies become confident, efficient and expert users of our system. With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and over eight years in the ABA field and two years as a Developmental Specialist, she brings both hands-on clinical experience and a deep understanding of what agencies need to succeed.

Her interest in tech actually started in middle school and high school, where she studied I.T. throughout those 7 years, but at the time of looking into internships, the tech world felt intimidating and male-dominated. She knew she wanted to give back to the community, so she turned to psychology! Everything changed when she took an Intro to ABA course. During a lecture, her professor brought in BCBAs to share stories about the impact of their work, and she was instantly hooked. As she dove deeper into the field, she found herself fascinated not only by the clinical work but also by the systems and platforms we used every day.

Theralytics has given her the best of both worlds: she gets to apply her ABA expertise while staying close to her tech roots. She has worked with so many different systems over the years, and now she uses that experience to offer both technical and clinical feedback, ensuring our platform truly supports BCBAs, RBTs, and agency owners in their daily work.
